It's Andromidalia Maryem Sigma-Tyler! She's the daughter of the Doctor and Rose.

A work in progress, I must say though, it's one of my best pictures of a person I've ever done. SHE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A PERSON!!! *squee*

I really suprised myself with this. I usually S U C K at drawing people like this (realistic style. I'm used to drawing chibis.)
